Welcome Francisco Mendoza!

CCDS is welcoming its newest staff, Francisco! Francisco was born and raised in Laredo, Texas and has a long history of community organizing, business development, and working with the neighborhood towards a better future. He will be primarily responsible for helping to further develop CCDS’s ecosystem of cooperatives.
